The year 2008 marks the 12th Anniversary for the Komen Wichita Falls Race for the CureŽ. This year's race will be held on Saturday, October 11th, in downtown Wichita Falls. The Race, benefiting the Wichita Falls Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, has become a huge success due in large part to the work of volunteers in this community, working together to eradicate breast cancer. This event and the work it supports would not happen without the support and commitment of volunteers such as yourself, and we hope you'll join us this year!

Race Weekend Volunteer Opportunities:
In mid-September, we will send out the detailed schedule and sign up form for Race Weekend volunteer opportunities and the preparation leading up to this great event. We hope you are able to support this year's Race by volunteering this spring.
