DONATE  AND MAKE AN IMPACT ON OUR "PROMISE"

Susan G. Komen  of Wichita Falls has raised over a million dollars since the first race 15 years ago.  Of the money raised 75% has been granted to non-profit organizations to fund breast health care and treatment for the uninsured or underserved and 25% has been granted to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Research Foundation to find the Cure.  Almost all advancements in Breast Cancer treatment has been partially or fully  funded by Susan G. Komen Research.  We are proud to be a part of the "Promise" shared by all Komen Affiliates:  "To save lives and end breast cancer forever by empowering people, ensuring quality care for all and energizing science to the find the Cures."

We are proud to announce that our overhead costs are one of the lowest in the country which remains around   4-5%.   This is largely due to the many hard working committee members, volunteers, and wonderful giving sponsors.  We hope with the generosity of donors, sponsors and volunteers  we may continue our vision with helping as many Wichita and  14 surrounding counties with our funds.
